In 2016-17 I undertook a study on bulk buyer’s groups in south east Queensland, looking at how they can represent a step towards a brighter, fairer and more sustainable food future.

Thanks to all the participants who were involved as interviewees and all those who helped me along the way. It's been an inspiration to meet and talk to so many of you. The final version of my honours thesis is now available for download from this page.
