Barriers and opportunities for cooperative bulk buyer's groups to make an enduring impact on the food sovereignty of south east Queensland

My honours research aimed to answer: How can existing and new groups function more efficiently and equitably? How could we make these groups more accessible to a broader population? How can we better support our local producers and suppliers, who are essential to our operations? How can we assist other people to establish their own groups, and access wholesome food at a price they can afford? Are these kinds of change and growth desirable? What exciting opportunities exist for the bulk buyer's movement in south east Queensland?
